columnar recarburizer

Recarburizer generally refers to a recarburizer that has undergone graphitization. Under high temperature conditions, the arrangement of carbon atoms is microscopic graphite, so it is called graphitization. Graphitization can reduce the content of magazines in the recarburizer, increase the carbon content of the recarburizer, and reduce the sulfur content.  The name of the columnar recarburizer is mainly derived from its unique appearance. In fact, the real columnar recarburizers are mainly graphite recarburizers.

The columnar recarburizers are widely used in the foundry industry.

The consumption is a very large number, so why are foundry recarburizers widely used in foundry? After understanding the truth, they are all convincing. Graphitized columnar recarburizer To understand why the columnar recarburizer is widely used in casting, we can start with its content. Common cast columnar recarburizers can be divided into 92 and 95 graphite columnar recarburizers. The number represents the carbon content in it. In terms of application, the columnar recarburizer is an ideal raw material for the production of nodular cast iron. The reason is that nodular cast iron needs a good graphitization reaction, and the columnar recarburizer can obviously play a good role due to graphitization! When using columnar recarburizer, it is recommended to place one-third of the charge at the bottom of the electric furnace, then place the calculated columnar recarburizer on the charge, and then place the remaining charge on it as required. If the charge above is larger, put it Some broken charge is pressed on the recarburizer to prevent floating and affecting the absorption rate. When adding the columnar recarburizer, a small amount of iron cutting, scrap steel, and reheating material should be added to basically ensure that the absorption of the columnar recarburizer is above 90%. , The highest is 95%, and the temperature rise is 1560°. The slag can be removed from the furnace. Do not run out the molten iron in the furnace. Reserve part of the molten iron, and then add columnar recarburizer and iron scrap. Avoid direct addition of columnar recarburizer.
Otherwise, the recarburizer will burn too much. It is better to reserve a part of the molten iron at the bottom of the furnace, or put a part of iron pins at the bottom of the furnace, so the absorption will be higher!

Graphite particle recarburizer The truth that the columnar recarburizer can be widely used in casting is an irreplaceable advantage. Compared with the use of pig iron for recarburization in casting, the columnar recarburizer has a higher residual-free utilization rate, and the phosphorus, sulfur and other elements in it are greatly improved. It is lower than the content of pig iron, and it can also reduce the casting cost of the manufacturer!
