For example, the train brake shoe contains 0.7%-1.0% phosphorus, forming a uniform binary phosphorus eutectic structure in the casting and distributed in a network. Phosphorus with high eutectic hardness improves not only its wear resistance but also thermal and thermal properties. Moreover, it can make uniform wear surface and less sparking when rubbing.
