6.Cleaning. The process of removing the surface sticky sand, molding sand and excess metal from the casting after falling sand is called cleaning.

7.Casting heat treatment. The process of heating the casting to a certain temperature range, holding it for a period of time, and then cooling it to the appropriate temperature at a specified speed to obtain the expected structure and performance is called casting heat treatment. The purpose of heat treatment of the casting is to eliminate the casting stress of the casting. For example, cast iron platforms, machine tool castings, and machine tool tables must be processed after heat treatment.
